- ½ sliced frozen banana (freeze bananas when the black spots begin to form as they are ripe and easiest to digest at this stage with the perfect amount of sweetness)
- 1/8 cup coconut chips
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs (add after smoothie is blended and pulse a few times to retain their crunchy texture)
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- Option to swap out mint for 1 tbsp of nut butter

Peanut Butter Green & Vanilla Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of plant-based milk
- 1 healthy handful of baby spinach (or kale, pick your poison!)
- 2 tbsp. of natural peanut butter (chunky or smooth, we don’t judge)
- 1 tsp. of flax seed
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: Plant protein, chia seeds, or maca powder, and supplements

- 1 sliced frozen banana
- 1/8 cup vanilla almond milk (adjust the amount based on desired consistency)
- Pinch of himalayan pink salt
- Option to add cocoa powder or cinnamon for flavor
